Daytime and nighttime urine control are separate issues. Though many children will gain nighttime control at the same time as daytime control, 15% of 5-year-olds wet the bed and 10% of 6-year-olds continue to wet the bed. |

Your child wets the bed after three consecutive months of nighttime dryness |

Your child is consistently wetting the bed by his or her 8th birthday or it is bothering his or her self-esteem. |
